2. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy pertains to all data collected or provided while using the Momentum iPhone app. Your data's privacy is paramount to us, and here's how we handle it:

Data Storage: Your data within the Momentum app remains private and is stored solely on your mobile device. We do not store or process your data on our servers. Additionally, your data is automatically synchronized through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework, ensuring your habits are available across all your Apple devices.

User Accounts: Momentum uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. We receive only the information Apple provides (name and email) to identify your account. Users may choose to hide their email address using Apple's private relay feature. We respect this choice.

Information Collection: We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to provide the service. We do not store or process your habit data on external servers.
